Because Sometimes Things Just Don’t Work Out! 

We get it—sometimes love at first sight doesn’t last. Whether you’re looking to return or 
exchange your product, follow these steps, and we’ll make the process as smooth as 
possible (with maybe a few laughs 😄 along the way): 

Fill Out the RMA Form 


Head over to this link to fill out the RMA form. Returns and exchanges are accepted 
within 30 days of purchase, but only if the product was purchased directly from our 
website. (Hey, we like to keep it in the family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦) 

Gather Your Evidence 

We need a little info to process your return or exchange: 

  • Photo 📸 of the product (think of it as your parting selfie). 
  • Proof of purchase 📄 (because we don’t do mystery shopping). 
  • Photos of the front and back of the product’s packaging (because details matter). 

Spill the Tea 🍵

What didn’t you love about your product? Is there something we could do better? Your 
feedback helps us make future designs even better—so don’t hold back! 

Choose Your Resolution 

You’ve got options! For eligible returns, you can: 

  • Exchange 🔄 the product for another of equal value. (No upgrading to the newest iPhone case unless your current one has a verified defect!) 
  • Receive store credit 🛍️ to use on your next purchase. 
  • Get a refund 🪙for the product cost (less a restocking fee—shipping & handling fees are non-refundable).

Return & Exchange Guidelines 

Products must be in new condition, with original packaging and all accessories. (It 
needs to look like it never left the shelf.) A 5% restocking fee applies. Missing parts or 
heavily used items might be subject to additional fees—or could be ineligible for a 
return. 

Wait for Your RMA Number 

Once approved, we’ll send you an RMA number. Write it boldly on the outside of your 
shipping box—it’s like your package’s VIP pass. Returns without an RMA number? 
Sorry, they’ll be turned away at the door. 

Ship It Back 

Return shipping costs 🚚 are on you (think of it as a farewell gift).  Once we receive and 
approve your return or exchange, we’ll process your request: 

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship out your replacement item once everything checks out. 
  • For store credit or refunds: We’ll process your credit or refund for the product cost, minus any fees. 

We know breakups are hard, but we promise to handle them with care. Got questions?

1-Year Limited Warranty: Your Catalyst Case, Covered Like a Pro 

We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we back them with a 1-Year 
Limited Warranty. Think of it as a security blanket for your Catalyst gear—just without 
the fluff. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered 

Our warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year 
from the date of purchase. If your Catalyst product doesn’t meet our high standards, 
we’ll replace it faster than you can say, “Oops!” 

What’s Not Covered 

Even superheroes have their limits, and so does our warranty. Here’s what’s not 
covered: 

  • Wear and Tear: Think of it like this—you buy a shiny new car, drive it off the lot, enter it into a high-speed rally, and then try to return it saying it’s the manufacturer’s fault. Yeah, that’s not how it works. Scratches, scuffs, and battle scars from life’s adventures are normal, but they’re not covered under the warranty. 
  • Damage from Misuse: Throwing your phone out of a plane without a parachute? Not recommended (but hey, kudos for the bold move). 
  • Unauthorized Modifications: We love a good DIY project as much as the next person, but let’s keep it off our cases, okay? 
  • Lost or Stolen Items: If it’s gone, we can’t warranty it—we’re good, but we’re not magicians.
  • Not Following Instructions: Yes, we can tell when the instructions weren’t followed 
    (spoiler alert: the evidence doesn’t lie). Our instructions aren’t just there to look 
    pretty—we promise they’re not boring and might even make you smile. So please, give them a read and save yourself a headache later! 
  • Stick to the guidelines, and your Catalyst gear will protect your devices like the pro it was designed to be. We’ve got your back, as long as you play fair!💪📱

Our Promise 

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll replace the product (or offer an alternative 
solution). Shipping fees for warranty replacements may apply, but the fix? Totally on us.
